New Clients

Please plan ahead and allow enough time to arrive on time to your appointment. 

Booking

All service times include consultation and/or assessment  and prep procedures.  All indicated times are booking times, not specific treatment time.

Cancellation Policy

-If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so as soon as possible. We require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a cancellation fee. This means any cancellation or re-booking within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be charged a late-cancellation fee, equal to 50% of your scheduled service. 
-If you no-show, cancel, or reschedule the day of your appointment, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of your scheduled service will be charged. 
-If we are unable to charge the cancellation fee to the card on file, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee before you will be able to book future appointments.
-If you are late for your appointment, your application time may be cut short and you will still be charged 100% of the service. 
-We cannot guarantee a full service if you are late. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to re-schedule if we can not accommodate you. Our 24 hour cancellation policy still applies and there will be a 100% charge of the originally scheduled service.

Payment

-We accept cash, credit/debit cards (except American Express and international cards.) 
-We utilize PayPal or square to accept credit cards. Prices do not include applicable taxes or gratuities. 
-Prices are subject to change without notice.

Extensions From Another Lash Artist

-We take pride in providing exceptional service and quality products. If you are coming to us with extensions from another artist, we require that you book one of our three options of 'FILL ON OUTSIDE LASHES.' 
-If we find that your extensions are not correctly applied or have some other issue that would hinder our work, your extensions will need to be removed and you will need to start fresh and have a new full set applied.

Cell Phones

For the duration of your service, it is important that you are able to lay still with your eyes shut. We understand that many of you have spouses and children, things happen, and you may need to be reached during your appointment. We do our best to accomodate. As a general rule though, if you need to take a call, we will stop your appointment until your conversation is over. This will cut into your application time and will not be extended. You will still be charged for 100% of the service. For this reason, we kindly ask that you switch your phone to silent or vibrate.

Maintenance

Please remember that eyelash extensions are semi-permanent. This means that they are not indefinite without upkeep. Your eyelashes have three different stages of growth, with each lash being on a different cycle. Because of this, you will still shed lashes daily, usually 2-5 per eye. There is no way to tell what stage each lash is on at the time of application. For these reasons, regular maintenance is required to keep them looking full. Most clients will need a fill appointment anywhere from 2-3 weeks. This is dependent on many variables, including lifestyle and homecare. Also, remember that it is important to not only come in for maintenance, but also to follow directions for proper care of the extensions. If you do not maintain your lashes properly, the life of your extensions will be affected. 

Aftercare

  • Avoid exposure to water, sweat, steam, saunas, excessive heat, facial services and tanning beds for 24 hours after your appointment.

  • It is important to keep you lashes clean. Cleansers need to be oil free, as oil degrades the adhesive bond. Foaming cleansers work best.

  • Be gentle with your lashes. Excessive touching and rubbing of you eyes can cause premature shedding of your natural lashes and extensions. Avoid putting your face directly under the shower-head.

  • Be sure to dry your lashes by patting them with a towel or a blow dryer on the 'cool' setting.

  • You will want to brush your lashes only when they are dry. Use a your finger to support the lashes from the bottom while brushing from the top. Brush your lashes when needed but do not over-brush, this can cause shedding.

  • Do not use a mechanical eyelash curler on your lash extensions, this can cause damage.

  • Avoid products containing oil, on or near the eyelash extensions. This includes around the eye in the orbital area.

  • Try to avoid sleeping on your face in such a way that it results in smashing your lashes. This will shorten the retention.

  • Maintain extensions with regular touch-up fill appointments to maintain fullness.

  • If you cannot follow these aftercare instructions, eyelash extensions may not be right for you.

Refunds &Satisfaction

We do not offer refunds on eyelash extension services. If you don't absolutely love your lashes, we will exhaust all avenues possible to troubleshoot and remedy any issue you may have. We want our clients to have the absolute best experience with their lashes. Should you not love your new lashes, please reach out within 3 days of your original appointment and explain the results you are experiencing. We are happy to fix any errors if it is determined that your issues are due to application error or product fault. If we find that there are issues due to improper home care of your eyelash extensions we will gladly go over proper home care again but no complimentary fix will be offered.

**Concerns must be addressed and handled promptly in order to analyze shed patterns, address other concerns, and come up with a plan to correct and resolve any issues so they do not continue. We must be notified within 3 days of your original appointment if there are any concerns with your lashes. Complimentary fix appointments must be completed within 1 weeks of the original date of your appointment. If a fix appointment is no-showed or cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will no longer be eligible for a complimentary fix.
